ISDA Returns

ISDA is the perennial fish that refuses to die.  No dearth of expertise,
no pecuniary drought, no moral apathy can ever pressure it to hibernate forever.  Some deus ex machina always comes up at opportune moments to save the situation.

The Paring Bol-anon will never be the same without ISDA.  The Paring Bol-anon is ISDA;  ISDA is the Paring Bol-anon.  Wherever and whenever
is the perennial Paring Bol-anon, there, too, like its light and shadow,
is ISDA.

As the history of the Diocese of Tagbilaran unreels towards a new era in the new Millenium, with the leadership of Bishop Leo Tumulak,  ISDA swims again to provide a gauge of sorts to the ebbs and flows of the cur- rent thrust purposely designed to water-carve a diocesan pond environ- mentally fit to be the habitat of creative servant leaders and highly parti- cipative people of God.

This writing  banners the Return of ISDA, this time around in the wild wild world of the world wide web.

          Happy Surfing!
